Nietzsche Friedrich – Ungewitter
This brooding and foreboding song for piano and medium voice tells the story of a king standing on top of his castle, seeing a huge storm approach (the title means “Storm”), and contemplating his own helplessness before it. This text was also set to music by Robert Schumann.
